👍 United need one win to secure 2nd place

Man United logically played almost entirely with reserves against Leicester on Tuesday and lost 1-2. Now against Liverpool, we will rather see the first team, which in fact needs 3 points until the end of the championship with 3 games left for the team to secure 2nd place. Man United will probably play with the starters against Fulham, too, which is after one week, and then in the last round on Sunday Solskjaer will again come out completely with 2^nd team, as the Europa League final is on May 26, on Wednesday.

😔 Liverpool’s chances for the top 4 have almost evaporated

Liverpool won for the second time this year at Anfield in the last round. A 2-0 success for the Reds, in which, however, the development was very similar to the failures of last games against Leeds and Newcastle. Liverpool’s path to the top 4 goes through a win in all 4 games and a loss to Leicester from Chelsea or Tottenham and all this garnished with more expressive victories so that they can replace foxes in the 4^th place by better goal difference, which at the moment does not seem very real. For the Reds, one of the few good news is that van Dijk has announced that he will focus entirely on pre-season training with Liverpool and will not travel with the Netherlands for the European Championship.

We don’t expect the Reds to last this time either

 Expert view: Liverpool need to think seriously in the summer about the solutions to the problems that have befallen the team during this nightmarish season, because it has long been clear that injuries are far from the only factor.
