3.1. Every visitor: IP address and the country derived from it, the pages you open and when, browser and device information contained in standard server logs.

3.2. Signed-in users: when you sign in with your Betinum.com account, we receive from BET INFO EOOD an access token containing your account identifier, name, e-mail address and account role. If you use the My Bets feature, we store the bets you choose to record and their results.

3.3. Subscribers: the subscription plan, its period and status, payment amounts, dates and transaction references. Card and other payment details are entered directly with our payment service provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

3.4. Correspondence: the content of messages you send us and your contact details.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for your Personal Identification Number (EGN) unless an invoice in your name requires it.

• To provide the Website, show statistics and model outputs, and keep the service secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To show only bookmakers and odds that may lawfully be advertised in your country, based on your IP-derived country — compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To recognise you when signed in, provide the My Bets feature and your paid subscription, process payments and send service messages — performance of the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, account sharing and redistribution of content, and to establish or defend legal claims — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To produce aggregated usage statistics about which pages and features are used — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send you marketing messages — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. Our statistical models assess football matches, not people.

5.1. Strictly necessary: the betinum_jwt cookie, set when you sign in to your Betinum.com account, keeps you signed in on the Website. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may set security cookies to protect the Website against attacks and bots. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Website.

5.2. Browser storage: the Website saves in your browser's local storage whether you were signed in (so pages load in the right state) and your recent searches. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

5.3. Analytics: the Website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and loaded through Google Tag Manager, to produce statistics about which pages are visited, how visitors move between them, where they come from, and their approximate country and device type. It sets the _ga and _ga_HH2D74ECMN cookies, which keep a random identifier for up to 2 years. The same Google Analytics property is used by the rest of Betinum.com.

5.4. Your choice: you can decline analytics cookies in the cookie bar shown on the Website. When you decline, Google Analytics is stopped, its cookies are deleted, and it is not loaded on later visits. Your choice is stored in the cookieyes-consent cookie for 12 months and is shared with the rest of Betinum.com, which uses the same cookie for its own cookie settings. To change your choice later, use the cookie settings on Betinum.com or delete the cookies for betinum.com in your browser.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above, with:

• BET INFO EOOD, which provides the Betinum.com account you sign in with;
• hosting and infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our processors;
• Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (see section 5);
• payment service providers, including PressPay Technologies and its partner banks and card acquirers, to process your payments;
• accountants, auditors and legal advisers bound by confidentiality;
• courts, public authorities and law enforcement, where the law requires it or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some of our providers (for example Cloudflare and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Server and page-view logs, including IP addresses: up to 12 months.
• Account-linked data and My Bets entries: for as long as you use the Website, and up to 5 years after the contract ends, unless you ask us to delete them earlier and no legal ground requires us to keep them.
• Subscription and payment records: for the periods required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law (up to 10 years).
• Correspondence: up to 3 years after the matter is closed.

When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, where there is no legal ground for us to keep it;
• restrict the processing of your data;
• receive the data you provided to us in a machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including at any time to direct marketing;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@betinum.com. We reply within one month of receiving your request; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. To delete your Betinum.com account itself, contact BET INFO EOOD at info@betinum.com.

The Website is intended only for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to our servers and databases, and processors bound by data processing agreements.

The Website contains links to other websites, such as bookmakers and social networks. Their operators process your data under their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
