Manchester United – Watford, Premier League Prediction

United took one of their most important victories of the season in the Premier League last season. It came to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge Stadium as it was a 6 point match since the difference between the Blue and Red Devils is only 1 point since then. How this victory was taken, however, is another question, as there were many controversial judgments in favor of United, but this did not concern Solskjaer at all after the game. He was extremely pleased actually.

After Pearson came, it seemed like a matter of time for Watford to get out of the relegation zone and breathe in peace at the end of the season, but nothing like that. The Hornets are still there as their form has dropped significantly and bad results come back, so Pearson is already the third coach of the season at Watford. The battle with Villa, West Ham and the rest of the teams is very serious and the difference in points is not quite big.

 Expert view : We think it is only logical here for Watford to seek a closed game and a more solid defense, because they will have a difficult time scoring a goal vs Man United, and the Hornets in general do not have the confidence to beat their famous rival. Not right now. The Red Devils are returning at home after having to travel to Belgium for their match with Club Bruges this week in the Europa League. We expect to have a more closed game and possibly United to win with a minimal difference, but our prediction is Under 3.0 – Asian Goal Line at 1.64.
